Day 1 - Calais to Geneva, Friday 19th September, 2008

The first day will be a run from Calais to Geneva. The first days drive should be a comfortable one with flat steady clear roads.  The drive into Geneva includes tackling some beautiful winding passes along with a view over the following days challenge - "the Swiss Alps"!!
Registration will start at 7am in the Cite Europe car park and will be followed by the issuing of the days challenge. The official start to the worlds first ever "Hot Hatch Hoon" will be at 9am. All teams must be registered by this point either by pre-registering the night before or between 7am - 9am on the morning. If you have not registered before 9am then you are unfortunately not in the rally.

Day 2 - Geneva to Menton, Saturday 20th September, 2008

After waking up in the beautiful city of Geneva we head south towards the South of France via Italy and into Monaco.  The days driving will include taking in the amazing scenery of the Alps followed by a drive over the Alps "Cols" and down into Monaco.  Todays drive will also include tackling the "Col de Turini" the most infamous stage in the Monte Carlo WRC.

Day 3 - Menton to Interlaken, Sunday 21st September, 2008

From Menton we leave France and the Cote d'Azur and head into Italy.  The drive from Menton along the coast incorporates lots of winding fun motorway through numerous tunnels as we climb up from the Coast.  We head back towards Switzerland passing the outskirts of Turin and Milan to arrive for a late lunch in Como.  From Como we drive the lake road up and through the San Gottardo tunnel towards the magnificent Furka and Grimsel pass to our finish in the beautiful lakeside town of Interlaken.

Day 4 - Interlaken to Nurburg, Monday 22nd September, 2008

With a refreshing morning dip in the Thunersee lake its time to head for home via France, Luxembourg and and Belgium only to cut across and visit Germany and specifically Nurburg.  Please note that the rally does not incorporate a lap of the Nurburgring however full details and information will be issued for your informal visit on Day 5.
