Hot Hatch Hoon is the first of its kind where only Hot Hatches are permitted to enter.  For those new to the idea of a "Euro road rally", we basically take 100 cars across Europe in search of the finest asphalt the continent has to offer including some of the worlds most infamous roads, roads that are driven only once in a lifetime.

So its a race across Europe......well not really.  Hot Hatch Hoon is not a race....far from it.  Road ralliers drive responsibly and do not break the law.  The whole spirit of the event is the camaraderie shown between teams getting their cars from start to finish whilst obeying the laws of the land.  We'll organise and throw in a few challenges en-route to keep you amused which should lead to some banter and some great stories to share over a cold beer after an enjoyable days driving.

Whats the fun then and why Hoon?

If you have 100hp or 300hp then you can have the same level of fun.  Our motto however is to drive to the limits of yourself and your car!  A "Hoon" is an expression used to describe someone who likes to drive and enjoys the experience.  A Hoon is not someone who drives dangerously or with little or no respect for others.

Who can enter?

Anyone can enter as long as the team captain is over 25 years of age and holds a valid UK/EIRE driving license.  You must also have the correct equipment in the guise of a hot hatch.  To raise the exclusivity of the event we are looking specifially for hot hatches that remain cosmetically unmodded - in short no big bodykits, spoilers, exhausts and no flashing lights or enormous wheels (minor mods accepted - subject to organisers decision).  We want hot hatches that grow old gracefully.  We will require a picture of your Hot Hatch as part of the registration process - anyone intending to enter the event in a seriously modded hot hatch will be excluded...sorry.
